Patterns and Proofs

These Terms and Conditions govern enrollment in any course offered under the Patterns and Proofs brand — including, but not limited to, the CBSE Class 9 Mathematics course, the CBSE Class 10 Mathematics course, and single-topic Focus Module courses (such as Geometry Basics and Algebra Basics). Patterns and Proofs is operated by First Principles Education, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
By completing payment through the Razorpay Payment Link for a course, you confirm enrollment in that specific course, as described on its enrollment/product page at the time of purchase. Please read these terms carefully before completing your payment.
Course-specific details — including price, syllabus or topic scope, and any early-bird or founding pricing — are as stated on the enrollment page for the course you are purchasing. That page, together with these Terms and Conditions, forms the full agreement between you and Patterns and Proofs for that course.
1. Course Access
- This is a one-time course fee for access to the course content described on the enrollment page for the course you purchased, delivered through the ThriveAcademy platform.
- Course access details (login credentials and getting-started instructions) will be shared by email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
- Access is granted to the individual student for whom enrollment is being made and is non-transferable.
2. Pricing and Plans
- Pricing for each course, including any early-bird or founding-batch pricing, is displayed on that course’s enrollment page at the time of purchase.
- Where an early-bird or founding price is offered, it applies only for the stated number of seats or time window given on the enrollment page, and — unless stated otherwise on that page — is locked in for the duration of your enrollment even as the course is completed or expanded.
- Installment plan: The course fee may be split into two payments, where offered. Access is granted after the first installment; the second installment is due as agreed. Non-payment of the second installment may result in suspension of access.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Refund Policy
Patterns and Proofs offers a satisfaction-based refund window to allow students to experience a course before committing fully:
- A full refund is available if requested after trying the first 3 activities of the course and before progressing further.
- To request a refund, email sm***************@***il.com with your name, enrolled email address, the course name, and reason for the request.
- Once a student has progressed beyond the first 3 activities, the course fee is non-refundable.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
4. Course Content and Delivery
- Courses are activity-based and delivered entirely online through ThriveAcademy. There are no live video sessions included in enrollment unless explicitly stated on the course’s enrollment page.
- For multi-chapter courses, content may be added progressively over the course duration. Chapters unlock sequentially as each is completed, and enrolled students will be notified by email as new chapters go live.
- For single-topic Focus Module courses, all activities for that topic are made available for sequential completion upon enrollment.
- Patterns and Proofs reserves the right to update, improve, or restructure course content at any time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. By completing payment for any Patterns and Proofs course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions as they apply to that course.
