By completing payment for the Annual Membership through a Razorpay payment page, you confirm your enrolment in the Patterns and Proofs Middle-tier membership (Classes 8–10), offered by First Principles Education, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Please read these terms before you pay.

1. Membership and Access

• The Annual Membership is a one-time payment for 12 months of access to the Middle-tier membership: guided pattern-first missions, chapter-linked practice for Classes 8–10, summary sheets, quizzes and worked solutions.
• Your 12 months start on the date your payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal. Access ends after 12 months unless you choose to renew.
• Access details (login and getting-started instructions) are sent to the email address used at payment within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Access is for the individual student for whom the membership is bought. It is non-transferable, and logins and content may not be shared or resold.

2. Pricing and Payment

• India: ₹6,699, paid in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• International: US$69.90, paid in US dollars (USD). Your bank or card provider may add currency-conversion or card fees, which we do not control.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices may change for future purchases, but a price change does not affect a membership you have already paid for.

3. Content and Delivery

• The membership is activity-based and delivered entirely online. There are no live video sessions.
• New missions are added over time as the library grows. Patterns and Proofs may update, improve or restructure content at any time.
• The membership supports understanding of the topics. It does not guarantee any particular marks or exam result.

4. Refund Policy

• To request a refund, email sm****@***************fs.com with your name, the email address you signed up with, and a short reason.
• The free sample mission and the free diagnostics do not count towards the three activities.
• After 7 days, or once more than three activities have been completed, the annual fee is non-refundable. We do not give part refunds for unused months.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, within 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Access ends when a refund is made.
• Please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank, so we can sort it out quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
